Flowers, donations and tributes.
If you have heard of a funeral we are arranging and would like to send flowers, make a donation, or pass on a message to the family, here is how. Please telephone if anything is unclear, and we will help.
Sending flowers
We work with trusted florists near Brecknock Road who will prepare a tribute to the family's wishes and deliver it to the service. Telephone us with the family name and the date of the funeral, and we will coordinate delivery so everything arrives together on the day.
Donations in memory
Many families ask for a donation to a charity that mattered to their loved one, in place of, or alongside, flowers. The family will usually name the charity in the order of service, and we can arrange a simple collection on the day or direct you to a JustGiving tribute page if one has been set up.
Messages of condolence
A card, a handwritten note, or a telephone message can be left with us and we will pass it on to the family. If you are not sure what to write, please do not let that stop you. Even a few words are a kindness.
Attending the service
If you have been invited to a funeral we are arranging and would like to know the time, the dress, or whether children are welcome, please telephone. We will check with the family and come back to you the same day.
